Built in 1950 and located in the Historic Tennis Club neighborhood, the property features a year-round heated pool as well as complimentary breakfast and parking. It has been thoughtfully restored to its former mid-century modern design, making it one of the best hotels in Palm Springs.

The Three Fifty Hotel was built in 1950 at the height of Palm Springs’ mid-century golden age — the decade that gave the city its architectural identity.


Designed as something intimate from the outset—a small collection of rooms arranged around a courtyard pool with the San Jacinto Mountains as a backdrop—that vision still defines the hotel today.
